Since the early stuttering of man’s realisation that nutrition and the quality of food is the main ingredient to good health we are slowly beginning to learn the vital importance of everything that we put into our bodies. This is a slow and often painful path to gain true knowledge. Indeed there are many who have laid down the gauntlet many years ago without effort, care, knowledge, tests or experiments and sadly even in our wisdom we are still following their dictations.
Mans’ beliefs regarding essential nutrients at the moment:

Comments:
Although these nutrients are found in the body, it is not known for definite the exact requirement needed to support good health. Many will be in such minute portions that they may not ever, at least by current means, be totally measurable. Others are totally guess work. What is apparent is that most are best obtained through the ingestion and digestion of food and we must aim to make our foods far more nutritious. Perhaps the way forward would be to grow food on well prepared, naturally fertilized soils using a combination of animal manure and compost ..
