Random Ramblings

Random Ramblings: Personal observations on a wide variety of subjects. Photographs of creatures and things that are taken on seeing the unusual as well as everyday things.

Little prayer

Don’t clone me when I’m done,

I am the only one.

God broke the mould when he made me;

So when I’m gone, I’m gone.

Awaiting Spring 2010

Always remember that there is nothing as precious as an individual. No matter who you are be yourself. We are all different and meant to be that way. That is why life is so rich and interesting. If we were all the same what a very boring place this heavenly planet might be.

God created us uniquely. That means we are all special to Him.

Like your poem. :)

Very true. I have always marched to the beat of a different drummer. It's a good way to be, yourself, that is! :)

I like to think that not only did he break the mold but he made sure all the fragments where turned to dust and scattered across the universe just to make sure that nobody put the mold back together again and try to make another one of me. ;o)

@David, you are funny my friend...I was reading along, thinking "wow, this is deep.", got to the end and realized it was really deep! :)

Thanks for this post. God really wants us to feel His presence by making us unique in our own way.

To God be all the Glory!:=)

I watched two movies on cloning this week. It is not wise to mess with God's works. :P

what a lovely poem, Polly! This is so true. All of us are fearfully and wonderfully made individuals.

That's beautiful and so true. It would be a boring place if we were all the same. The world should be more like a box crayons, each color is different and unique of itself, and has the potential to make beautiful art.

It just boggles my mind how creative God is--all the people who are in the world and who ever lived, even though the "template" is the same, no two are identical! Amazing!
