St David’s Day – White Rabbits!

The first day of March not only brings St David’s Day when all true blooded Welshmen/women wear either a buttonhole of a daffodil or a leak in celebration … but also a reminder that this is the month when flowers start appearing in the borders to brighten up the garden.

May I also take this opportunity to say an extra special thank you to all the visitors of my blog. I have a permanent link of twenty-five of the top most regular visitors to my blog but I value everyone who reads my posts and takes the trouble to leave a comment. I am a member of quite a few blogging communities and Twitter but also some of my visitors are blogging friends and I am visited regularly by Internet users via search engines.

Many bloggers, including myself are registered with Entrecard and I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to one very special blogger who left the community and has come back and brought with her a brand new blog. Many of you will know of her as Shinade and she is a very special blogger who not only visits an extraordinary amount and variety of blogs but takes time to read posts and leaves wonderful and appropriate comments. If there were an award for being constant, caring and gracious as well as remarkable in her capacity for commenting – then without question she would win it every time.

Although I do not have a blogging Oscar to present to you Shinade – always know that I have noticed the amount of effort that you put into everything you do and the blogging community is a much richer place because you are in it. Take a little trip into Shinade's lovely world:

I can't agree with you more, Polly! Jackie is a very remarkable person who's been loved for the passion she has manifested and for the love she has shown and shared with us. She always plaster a smile on my face everyday. My daily blogging activities won't be complete without me reading her positive and vibrant thoughts. She always emits that positive vibes.

I was so happy when she decided to give blogging a second chance. My blogging journey won't be meaningful and colorful as it is without her around!

GO! GO! GO! Jackie! We so much love you!
