Ingredients
1 rounded tablespoon (4 teaspoons) millet
1 egg
1 teaspoon of runny honey
one quarter pinch (just a few grains) of salt
Method
Allow to cool for a minute or two
Pour off any remaining liquid
Stir in the honey
Add the egg - and stir it in to the mixture
Put back onto a low heat and carry on stirring for a few minutes until the egg is absorbed and cooked (usually three or four minutes)
Serve ~ and enjoy
